The first unit group of Identity, Unevermet, has remained silent regarding Hwang Bo-min-gyeol, who suspended his debut activities due to a personal life controversy.

On the afternoon of the 11th, a showcase was held to commemorate the release of the debut album of Identity's first unit, Unevermet, located in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

Unevermet is an 8-member unit group of Identity consisting of Lee Hwan-hee, Nam Ji-woon, Lee Jae-young, Kim Do-hoon, Choi Tae-in, Kim Joo-ho, Kim Hee-joo, and Hwang Bo-min-gyeol. Hwang Bo-min-gyeol, who was embroiled in a personal life controversy, did not attend the event. He has been accused of bullying peers in the past and having a promiscuous personal life. As a result, the agency decided to exclude him from promotional activities.

Just before the Q&A session that day, the event MC requested, “We are currently verifying the facts regarding the incident involving Hwang Bo-min-gyeol. Please refrain from asking questions as much as possible.”

Identity is a boy group produced by Mode House, which also created the 24-member girl group Triple S. They are set to introduce themselves to fans as three unit groups, including Unevermet, Yes We Are, and It's Not Over.

‘Unevermet’ began with the question of what music captures the true essence of boys who are not confined to the existing boy band format. It expresses the process of searching for the still incomplete identity of boys as their ‘raw identity’.

Unevermet's debut album will be released for the first time on various music streaming sites at 6 PM that day. At 8 PM, a debut showcase will be held at the same location for fans.
