Actress Kim Sung-eun (41) expressed her feelings of "depression" over the sudden deletion of her YouTube channel.
On the 27th, Kim Sung-eun wrote on her social media, “My channel was unexpectedly deleted on the evening of the 26th. I have already filed an appeal with the production team.”
Currently, when accessing the YouTube channel 'Happy Kim Sung-eun', the message “Your account has been terminated for violating YouTube's Terms of Service” appears.
Kim Sung-eun said, “It was a space I had worked hard to cultivate for the past two years, so I was really upset in that moment,” adding, “I believe it will be restored safely.”
Additionally, she reassured her fans, saying, “I’m letting you know first because I’m worried that my subscribers might be more concerned than I am. I will come back with a better appearance.”
Previously, former rhythmic gymnast Son Yeon-jae experienced a similar incident on the 11th. At that time, YouTube Korea stated that her channel was deleted for “violating community guidelines,” but her channel was safely restored just a day after her appeal. Upon re-evaluation, it was confirmed that Son Yeon-jae had not violated any community guidelines.
Kim Sung-eun added, “I’m feeling down because of YouTube, but I have to do what I need to do. If I fall into depression, there’s no end to it,” and said, “If I live more wonderfully with a positive mindset, good things will come.”
Kim Sung-eun married former soccer player Jung Jo-guk in 2009 and has two sons and one daughter.
