A funeral hall for the late Wheesung has been established.
On the 13th, his agency, Tajo Entertainment, announced, "The funeral hall will be open for condolences from 11 AM on the 14th."
They added, "The bereaved family and related parties earnestly request that external media refrain from coverage to allow for a quiet mourning of the deceased."
The late Wheesung was found dead at his home in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, at 6:29 PM on the 10th, at the age of 43. The initial autopsy result from the National Forensic Service stated, "The cause of death is unknown." The results of the drug tests are expected to be available in two weeks.
The funeral hall for the deceased has been set up at Samsung Medical Center. The funeral will be held on the 16th, and the burial site is at Gwangneung Memorial Park.
Initially, the bereaved family decided not to hold a funeral due to the shock of the sudden news and concerns for the health of the deceased's mother. However, they changed their minds and decided to proceed with the funeral procedures to honor the deceased.
