Seo Min-jae, who announced her pregnancy, has been additionally sued by the biological father of her child, referred to as Mr. A.
On the 28th, Seo Min-jae revealed through her SNS, "I just received a call from the police saying that I was additionally sued for sending a KakaoTalk message to the biological father last month, asking him to 'please contact me just once'."
Previously, Seo Min-jae had been sued by Mr. A for violations of the Stalking Punishment Act, confinement, assault, and violations of the Information and Communications Network Act (defamation). It appears that she has now been additionally sued for stalking.
Seo Min-jae expressed her frustration about the current situation, stating, "A pregnant girlfriend and a baby abandoned, no punishment → If I contact and look for the baby’s father → punished for stalking."
In May, Seo Min-jae stirred controversy by bringing her conflict with her boyfriend Mr. A to light along with the news of her pregnancy. According to Seo Min-jae, Mr. A has cut off contact since she became pregnant. She has been sharing personal information about Mr. A, including his school, student ID, age, and workplace, to express her grievances.
According to Seo Min-jae, her expected due date is December 13th.
Seo Min-jae gained attention in 2020 for her appearance on 'Heart Signal 3' due to her background as a corporate car mechanic and her outstanding looks. However, in August 2022, she was sentenced to 10 months in prison with a 2-year probation for using methamphetamine with Nam Tae-hyun at her home. After changing her name to Seo Eun-woo, she passed the recovery support training course at the Korea Drug Abuse Prevention Center and was accepted into the integrated master's and doctoral program at Sogang University’s Graduate School of Theology, while also working as an influencer.
