Actress Han Ga-in has finally made her escape after enduring the summer vacation of sole parenting.
On the 7th, a video titled "The last resort chosen by Han Ga-in, exhausted from disciplining her son and daughter" was posted on her YouTube channel 'Free Woman Han Ga-in'.
In the video, Han Ga-in appears alone at a serene traditional Korean house, taking a moment to relax and enjoy some quiet time.
Han Ga-in shared, "These days, everyone is the same, but the kids are on vacation. We go to the pool, we go to the kids' cafe, and resting is not really resting," and added, "Moreover, my husband (Yeon Jeong-hoon) went to Europe for filming. For 7-8 days, I took care of the kids all by myself," honestly expressing the difficulties of sole parenting.
She continued, "When I woke up in the morning, I felt like I had a cold that even dogs don't catch in the summer. I thought about why I felt this way... and it turned out the kids were on vacation," letting out a bittersweet laugh at the reality of parenting.
Han Ga-in stated, "Yesterday, my husband returned, and as soon as I saw him, I left the house. It has been so long since I experienced such quietness," calmly announcing her escape from parenting.
However, Han Ga-in's 'freedom' was short-lived. While eating alone, she remarked, "When I eat something delicious after getting married, I think of my husband and the kids. I can't help but think like a mom. That's the life of a mom," eliciting laughter with her endless thoughts of family.
Han Ga-in shared, "Even though I came out to be quietly alone, thoughts like 'My son likes this too' and 'I had this with my husband' never left my mind," showcasing the life of a 'real mom'.
Meanwhile, Han Ga-in married actor Yeon Jeong-hoon in 2005 and has one son and one daughter. She shares the real-life experiences of a 'reality parenting mom' through her broadcasting activities and YouTube content.
