Actress Son Ye-jin revealed that she challenged herself to cut out carbohydrates to wear a dress.
On the 1st, Son Ye-jin posted on her Instagram, "I was trying not to eat carbohydrates to wear the dress, but ended up with a calorie bomb afterward. I couldn't not eat..." along with a photo.
The posted photo features various foods that Son Ye-jin enjoyed in Venice, including pasta, pizza, steak, and sweet desserts that catch the eye.
Additionally, Son Ye-jin added, "I can't help it. In Italy, I just can't resist pizza and pasta," promoting her film 'I Can't Help It,' which brought laughter.
Son Ye-jin recently visited Venice, Italy, to attend the 82nd Venice International Film Festival. Her stunning dress particularly drew attention and illuminated the film festival.
Directed by Park Chan-wook, 'I Can't Help It' features Son Ye-jin and Lee Byung-hun. The story revolves around a company employee, Mansoo (played by Lee Byung-hun), who feels satisfied with life until he suddenly gets fired. To protect his wife (played by Son Ye-jin) and two children, and to keep the house he worked hard to acquire, he prepares for his own war towards re-employment.
Screened at the main theater, Sala Grande, 'I Can't Help It' received a standing ovation and cheers from the audience for 9 minutes after the screening, along with praise from foreign media.
The award results for 'I Can't Help It' will be announced on the 6th (local time).
