Singer and actress Son Dam-bi shed tears while thinking of her daughter.
On the 29th, a video titled 'Queen Bee Returns After 3 Years, But Mom's Tears Overflow' was released on the YouTube channel 'Dambi Son'.
Son Dam-bi introduced the book 'We Always Meet Again', which she bought to read to her daughter. She said, "I cried while reading this. It wasn't so much sad as it was very relatable."
While reading a passage from the book, "When you were a baby, I couldn't easily leave your side while you were sleeping. Even if I left, I would come back to hear your breathing again. I was scared of what might happen to you while I wasn't watching," she shed tears.
Son Dam-bi recalled, "I can relate so much. My child is still young, but when (Hae-i) was a newborn, I couldn't leave her side because I didn't know much. I would check if 'Hae-i is alive?' by putting my finger under her nose. I remember being scared for no reason."
Son Dam-bi married former speed skater Lee Kyu-hyuk in 2022. After two rounds of IVF, she successfully became pregnant and welcomed her daughter via cesarean section last April.
