Youngsook from the 22nd season of 'I Am Solo' revealed the reason for her divorce just two weeks after getting married.
On the 7th, the KBS Joy entertainment program 'Ask Anything' featured a participant who appeared in the 22nd season of the dating show 'I Am Solo'.
The participant shared, "I appeared in the 22nd season of 'I Am Solo' for divorced singles, and later participated in a spin-off program. I went to meet men and ended up continuing to appear on shows, but I started to have a lot of doubts about whether I should transition to the broadcasting industry."
When asked when she became divorced, she replied, "It's been about 4 to 5 years," adding, "I was married for less than two weeks. I am Catholic and my partner is Protestant, and my in-laws were strongly opposed."
Notably, she mentioned that although they did not have a meeting of families or a wedding, they did register their marriage, which caught attention.
She explained, "During the process of buying a house, there was a difference in finances, so we decided to 'handle it ourselves' and registered our marriage to apply for a loan," adding, "I thought it would be bothersome to explain this situation, so I decided to go on 'I Am Solo' to let the whole country know."
Meanwhile, 'Ask Anything' airs every Monday at 8:30 PM.
