Singer and musical star Kim Junsu successfully concluded his first media exhibition, 'Kim Junsu Media Exhibition - Voice: Color of Sound' (KIMJUNSU MEDIA EXHIBITION - VOICE: COLOR OF SOUND).

The event was held in collaboration with the content solution company Creative Mott from August 20 to 28 at the 4th floor of Tokyu Plaza Harajuku in Tokyo, Japan, drawing significant attention.

This exhibition, aptly named 'Voice: Color of Sound', showcased Kim Junsu's identity and his most powerful weapon, his 'voice', through various media forms, enhancing the immersive experience.

In particular, the exhibition featured a variety of spaces that allowed visitors to experience the artist's captivating vocal tones in a special way, based on Creative Mott's next-generation technologies such as real-time holograms, augmented reality (VR), and CG created with the next-generation 3D solution Unreal Engine, mesmerizing the eyes and ears of the audience.

The VR ZONE, 'PRISM STAGE', offered a heart-pounding encounter where Kim Junsu sang exclusively for the viewer through VR devices, making it feel as if he was right in front of them. On even-numbered days, he performed 'The Twenty-First Season Will Wait for You', and on odd-numbered days, 'Red Diamond', captured in vivid 360-degree VR video that sparked a desire to watch every session.

Meanwhile, in the 'BEHIND THE SCENE' space, a massive hologram screen showcased the 'HANA' stage along with the actual costumes Kim Junsu wore during filming and performances, captivating visitors. The stage was brought to life through five 5G real-time holograms connected using hologram splicing technology (a technique that combines multiple hologram images into one screen), creating an exhilarating experience akin to being in a concert hall.

Additionally, a 'HOLOGRAM STUDIO' was set up where fans could take commemorative photos with Kim Junsu, allowing them to create lasting memories. Moreover, special merchandise created for the exhibition, including goods featuring the artist's portrait and omamori keyrings with his handwritten notes, caught the attention of visitors.

Most notably, on the last day of the exhibition, the 28th (Thursday), Kim Junsu made a surprise visit, filling the exhibition hall with cheers. He secretly joined the audience to enjoy his VR video and then made a surprise appearance in front of fans who had finished viewing the VR, creating unforgettable memories for those who attended the exhibition.

In response to Kim Junsu's passionate love for his fans, the 'ECHO NOTES' space, where attendees could leave messages for the artist, was filled with about 1,500 messages over the nine days of the exhibition. Messages expressing love, such as 'I came for a day trip for the exhibition' and 'Junsu's voice is the only healing in my life', reflected the deep bond built over 22 years between Kim Junsu and his fans.

Meanwhile, Creative Mott has produced various media art exhibitions, including IU's 15th-anniversary media art exhibition 'Moment, (Moment,)', BOYNEXTDOOR's media showcase 'BOYNEXTDOOR GROUND', and actor Ji Chang-wook's media exhibition 'Ji Chang-wook's Scenario'. Notably, on the 28th, they received the honor of winning the 'GRAND PRIX Integrated Award' and the Minister of Science and Technology's commendation at the ICT AWARD KOREA 2025 for G-DRAGON's media exhibition 'G-DRAGON MEDIA EXHIBITION: Übermensch', which is currently on a global tour.
