The Virtual Artist Festival (V.A.F) showcase was successfully held.
The event, which took place on the 1st, was hosted and organized by Royal Streamer Co., Ltd., in collaboration with the content solution company Creative Mut, and it garnered attention as a new form of complex cultural showcase that merges immersive content with next-generation artists.
The V.A.F showcase is a new concept artist festival that breaks down the boundaries between virtual and reality, bringing together virtual characters, immersive technology, and K-POP artists in one space.
The event featured performances by girl pop band O.A.Be, girl group BEWAVE, singer and actor Noh Min-woo, DJ Xia, influencer Eun-bi, and show host Yoo Hwi-sun, adding to the event's brilliance.
In particular, BEWAVE engaged directly with fans at the virtual experience zone, conducting a live TikTok session and connecting with fans worldwide. O.A.Be performed their new song 'A Dance to Remember' alongside virtual character Kim Gwa-il, showcasing a virtual experience stage where the audience could participate.
DJ Xia presented a collaborative performance with virtual In-sia, demonstrating a live performance that showcased both her main and sub-characters.
Meanwhile, Royal Streamer Co., Ltd., the organizer of the event, stated, "V.A.F aims to evolve into a new cultural platform that transcends a simple music showcase, breaking down the boundaries between reality and the virtual world through immersive content."
Starting with this V.A.F showcase, Royal Streamer is preparing for a large-scale 'Virtual Artist Festival' in 2026, heralding a new chapter in K-Virtual Music created by both virtual and real artists.
