The group ATEEZ has successfully entered the 'Hot 100', the main song chart of Billboard in the United States, for the first time in history.
According to a report by the American music media Billboard on the 23rd (local time), ATEEZ's title track 'Lemon Drop' from their mini album 'Golden Hour: Part 3', released on the 13th, debuted at number 69 on the Billboard main song chart 'Hot 100' (for the week of June 28).
The 'Hot 100' is calculated based on physical single and digital music sales, streaming figures, radio airplay numbers, and YouTube views, and is considered a key indicator of mainstream popularity in the pop market.
By achieving this monumental feat as the first for the team and the third for a K-Pop boy group to enter the 'Hot 100', ATEEZ has added significant meaning to their accomplishment. In particular, they have solidified their position as a 'world-class artist' by simultaneously dominating Billboard's main charts, 'Billboard 200' and 'Hot 100'.
Previously, ATEEZ had entered the 'Billboard 200' at number 2 with their mini album 'Golden Hour: Part 3', placing them at the top of the chart. With this, ATEEZ has placed 7 albums consecutively in the 'TOP 7' of that chart, and a total of 6 albums in the 'TOP 3', proving their hot popularity globally.
