Actor Song Jae-hee revealed the reason he couldn't be happy about his wife Ji So-yeon's twin pregnancy.
In the episode aired on the 23rd, SBS ‘Same Bed, Different Dreams 2 - You Are My Destiny’ depicted the daily life of the couple Song Jae-hee and Ji So-yeon.
On that day, Ji So-yeon shared Song Jae-hee's indifferent reaction to her pregnancy during a family gathering. In response, Song Jae-hee said, “The first time was also twins. I was so happy to hear it was twins that my mouth was wide open. But when I suddenly heard that one baby was gone, I thought my heart would stop.”
He continued, “My wife is pregnant and has one baby, so I couldn't show my feelings. Later, I cried a lot. It felt like one baby was gone even though it wasn't completely in my life, and it hurt my heart so much that it was really hard.”
He added, “This time, when the doctor said, ‘Let’s just wait a little longer,’ I couldn't accept the twins. I thought if I accepted it and the same pain repeated, it would hurt both me and my wife.”
