Singer G-Dragon's side has clarified the dating rumors with TWICE member Sana.
On the 2nd, his agency Galaxy Corporation stated, "We would like to correct the misunderstandings regarding the recent dating rumors about G-Dragon."
They continued, "G-Dragon filmed the YouTube web entertainment show 'Dex and Sana's Cold Interview' on April 14, the day after the last broadcast of MBC's 'Good Day.' After that, on April 22, he attended the 'Coldplay Concert in Korea - Goyang' and posted a certification shot. During this process, TWICE performed as special guests, and shortly after filming, he simply tagged Sana's personal SNS account as a display of affection."
They added, "'Cold Interview' was done due to his friendship with Dex, and it was arranged that Sana would appear together the day before the recording. The reason we did not clarify the initial dating rumors was because we thought it could be a spoiler for the 'Cold Interview' appearance."
Previously, G-Dragon was embroiled in dating rumors with Sana on social media. Some fans raised the issue of 'Love-stagram' (Love + Instagram), drawing attention to their relationship.
During the process of posting certification shots from the Coldplay concert held in April, G-Dragon only tagged Sana's account, not all the TWICE members who were guests, which caught attention. He even added the Japanese phrase 'Eh?' which further fueled interest in the relationship between G-Dragon and Sana.
As the dating rumors continued, G-Dragon deleted the post.
