Yeonjun of the group Tomorrow X Together has been chosen by K-Pop fans.
On the 17th (local time), Yeonjun won the ‘Favorite K-Pop Dance Challenge’ award at the ‘2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards’ held in Los Angeles, USA. By winning this award, which is selected by K-Pop fans worldwide through voting, Yeonjun once again proved his title as the ‘K-Pop Representative Dancer’.
The ‘iHeartRadio Music Awards’ is a music awards ceremony hosted by the American online radio broadcaster iHeartRadio since 2014, honoring the most played artists and songs on iHeartRadio broadcasts and applications over the year.
Last September, Yeonjun gained significant attention with his solo mixtape ‘GGUM’, which featured challenging dance routines. This sparked the competitive spirit of not only K-Pop idols but also those skilled in dance, leading to a flood of challenge videos. The ‘GGUM’ challenge videos posted on Tomorrow X Together’s (Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun, Hueningkai) official TikTok and YouTube accounts garnered over 200 million views cumulatively, showcasing its popularity.
Meanwhile, Tomorrow X Together, to which Yeonjun belongs, is meeting global fans through their world tour ‘ACT: PROMISE - EP. 2 -’. They are conducting their first European tour since their debut, performing in Barcelona on the 20th, London on the 25th, Berlin on the 27th, Paris on the 30th, and Amsterdam on April 1st. The members will hold 23 performances in a total of 13 cities, proving their reputation as ‘Stage-tellers’ (a combination of stage and storyteller).
