Singer Kim Heung-guk has spoken about the damage caused to celebrities by malicious comments.

In a recent video on his YouTube channel 'Kim Heung-guk's Ddeurae TV', he said, "I feel heartbroken watching the news in the entertainment industry these days. As a senior in the industry, I want to say something." He continued, "I had a big dream of becoming a star and worked hard, but life is full of unexpected events. Even though I reflect on my actions and do my best, I wonder why people keep hating. It breaks my heart to see people making unfortunate choices due to malicious expressions."

This was a comment indirectly referencing the recent passing of actress Kim Sae-ron on the 16th.

He added, "I am in the same situation. As you know, I am also suffering from malicious comments. People can make mistakes in life. However, I hope that if we reflect and seek forgiveness, we can be given a chance to make a comeback. Please love us celebrities a lot."

Kim Heung-guk has been active in the entertainment industry as a singer for a long time. Throughout his career, he has faced various controversies, including incidents related to drunk driving. Recently, he also expressed his stance against the impeachment of President Yoon Suk-yeol, stating that the situation at the Seoul Western District Court was about "freedom, democracy, and self-expression."
