Singer Lee Ji-hye expressed her satisfaction after undergoing a silhouette lifting procedure.
On the 9th, Lee Ji-hye released a video titled “Self-proclaimed plastic surgery expert 45-year-old Lee Ji-hye’s first reveal of silhouette lifting procedure (self-funded, genuine review)” on her YouTube channel ‘Not Annoying Attention-Seeking Sister’.
Lee Ji-hye stated, “As I turned 46, aging became quite apparent, and after a long time of contemplation, I decided to undergo the procedure. Lifting is a major concern for many people in our age group. I decided to openly share this instead of secretly undergoing the procedure.” She added, “It’s quite revealing and embarrassing, but I hope you can see it positively with my honesty.”
She continued, “When you use Instagram, you have to post photos, right? My face needs to be shown a lot, but there are more close-ups than full shots.” She mentioned, “I had stopped plastic surgery, right? (Currently) I don’t do any plastic surgery at all. I have the lights on now, but I will turn them off once. When I turn them off, it shows clearly,” revealing her prominent nasolabial folds.
She added, “As I’m in my mid-40s, the flaws on my face are becoming visible. I thought I needed to take care of it. I was searching for something strong, but I can’t take a long time. So I thought about how it would be if I did silhouette lifting.” She explained, “Today is the consultation day. I will show you the progress.”
The doctor who examined Lee Ji-hye pointed out, “There is asymmetry. The left side has more volume than the right. The noticeable thing is the nasolabial folds.” However, he also complimented her youthful appearance, saying, “Honestly, she doesn’t look her age at all.” Lee Ji-hye remarked, “It’s actually my greed, but as I take photos and do this work, I become greedy for looking younger.”
Lee Ji-hye revealed, “I had undergone silhouette lifting before, and I heard that it has improved a lot. Please compare how it changes (before and after the procedure),” explaining her decision to undergo the procedure.
After the procedure, Lee Ji-hye asked her children, “Do you think there’s no change since you’re not surprised?” She then asked them, “How do I look, kids?” The eldest, Taeri, said, “I thought mom would be in pain,” while the youngest, Ellie, replied, “Mom looks prettier.”
The next day, Lee Ji-hye said, “Today, I feel some heat. It’s hard to eat because I can’t open my mouth wide. (My face) does feel like it’s lifted.” On the fourth day, she explained, “The swelling has gone down a bit. The nasolabial folds still have swelling due to the filler and lifting.”
On the eighth day, she mentioned, “My manager says I definitely look lifted. I will look prettier next week or the week after. It’s progressing as I wanted. Personally, I’m satisfied.” She added, “Honestly, the downside was that it was tough for about a week. It also cost quite a bit. But if you ask me if I would do it again, I would. I will show you the process of becoming prettier and continuing to take care of myself.”
