Singer Baekga confessed that he was a victim of school violence in the past.
On the 18th, Baekga appeared as a guest on KBS CoolFM's 'Park Myung-soo's Radio Show' (hereinafter 'Radio Show').
During the broadcast, they discussed the topic of 'seniority'. Park Myung-soo stated, "Nowadays, it's a society that recognizes ability," and added, "Seniority should disappear."
In this context, Baekga reflected on his high school days, saying, "I graduated from the photography department. There was a photography club called the press club at school. The seniors in the 3rd year didn't bother us, but the 2nd years bullied us a lot."
He continued, "Back then, when the 2nd-year seniors came to school at 8 AM, they made us (1st years) come by 7 AM," and explained, "There was a girls' high school nearby, and there was always a senior who came to school with mousse and gel in her hair. In the morning, we had to boil water in a pot on the gas stove for her to wash her hair."
Additionally, he mentioned that they had to prepare water for instant noodles as well. Baekga said, "I won 1st place in the school photography contest, surpassing a senior. That senior called me out and asked, 'Are you happy to have beaten your senior to get 1st place?' and I received punishment because of the award, which is quite unfortunate."
