Comedy couple Shin Yoon-seung and Jo Soo-yeon mentioned the ‘wedding rumors’.
On the afternoon of the 1st, a press conference for the ‘13th Busan International Comedy Festival’ (hereinafter ‘Bukope’) was held at the Stanford Hotel Korea in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul. The event was attended by Executive Chairman Kim Jun-ho, Deputy Executive Chairman Choi Dae-woong, Chief Programmer Hwang Deok-chang, Programmer Jo Yoon-ho, and comedians participating in ‘Bukope’.
Shin Yoon-seung and Jo Soo-yeon, who are receiving great love for their ‘Defconn, How About a Date’ segment on KBS2’s variety show ‘Gag Concert’, talked about the wedding rumors for May.
Shin Yoon-seung said, “I’ve been trying hard to block it. It has been postponed to May next year.” To this, Jo Soo-yeon responded, “It’s been postponed every year. They say let’s get married when we’re 80 after postponing it to ‘next May’ every year. I want to prepare and get married after Kim Ji-min and Kim Jun-ho sunbaes next year,” drawing attention.
Shin Yoon-seung joked, “Even if such an unfortunate event happens, there’s no need to worry. I’ll show you the quickest divorce.”
‘Bukope’, which held Asia’s first comedy festival under the theme ‘Busan Sea, Sea of Laughter’ in August 2013, is celebrating its 13th edition this year. With its growing scale every year and high-quality performances that everyone can enjoy, it has grown into a comedy festival representing Asia, beyond Busan and South Korea. Performances are scheduled to take place in various locations in Busan, including the Busan BEXCO Auditorium, Shinsegae Centum City Cultural Hall, KT&G Sangsangmadang Busan Live Hall, and Busan Citizens Hall Small Theater, from the 29th to September 7th for ten days.
