Model and YouTuber Aohri has purchased an apartment in Samseong-dong, Gangnam, Seoul for 6.6 billion won.
According to the court registry on the 15th, Aohri bought a 145㎡ (approximately 55 pyeong) unit on the 25th floor of the 'I-Park' in Samseong-dong, Gangnam, last June for 6.6 billion won. The remaining payment was made on the 10th, and the ownership transfer registration was completed on the same day.
With the transfer of ownership, a mortgage of 2.335 billion won was established with a commercial bank. Considering that the maximum amount of the mortgage is typically around 120% of the loan amount, it is estimated that Aohri borrowed approximately 1.868 billion won from the bank for the purchase.
Since March, the three districts of Gangnam (Gangnam, Seocho, Songpa) and Yongsan have been designated as areas requiring land transaction permits. Due to the obligation of actual residence, it is expected that Aohri will live in the purchased apartment.
It is known that several celebrities, including broadcaster Jeon Hyun-moo and actor couple Kwon Sang-woo and Son Tae-young, reside in the area.
Meanwhile, Aohri married race car driver Seo Joo-won, a participant in Channel A's dating program 'Heart Signal', in 2018 but divorced by mutual agreement after four years. At that time, Aohri stated that the divorce was due to Seo Joo-won's infidelity and lost a lawsuit against his partner for being a homewrecker.
Aohri, who started as a model for an online shopping mall, is currently running a shopping mall called 'Roar'. Currently affiliated with Sandbox Network, she is active in various roles including entrepreneur, YouTuber, and influencer.
