Yujin, a former member of the group S.E.S. and actor Ki Taeyoung, expressed their affection for their children.
On the 23rd, a video titled “The Truth Battle That Burst While Eating Samgyetang for the First Summer” was posted on the YouTube channel ‘YujinVS Taeyoung’.
The couple, who came to eat samgyetang for summer health, held a Q&A session to celebrate surpassing 100,000 subscribers. Yujin humorously remarked, “Thinking that 100,000 people are watching me eat makes me wonder if I should have eaten more prettily.”
When asked who initiates reconciliation after a fight, Yujin said, “In the past, it was always Ki Taeyoung who made the first gesture to reconcile. But recently, he hasn’t been doing that.” Ki Taeyoung responded, “It’s probably just a few times recently,” feeling wronged.
Yujin added, “In recent years,” explaining, “Because we don’t fight and reconcile that often in a year.”
Talking about the similarities with their children, Ki Taeyoung showed an emotional reaction. He said, “Rohee is sensitive about health and safety and makes logical judgments, which is similar to me,” and Yujin revealed, “The kids really like that they resemble us.”
When asked if they have any difficulties with parenting recently, both answered, “No,” and “We’ve raised them all.” Yujin shared, “I’ve given up on helping them choose their clothes,” adding, “Sometimes they ask for help on what to wear, but they all say no. It drives me crazy.”
Ki Taeyoung mentioned that he personally helps their second child brush their teeth, asserting, “Parents’ help is needed until they are in 2nd or 3rd grade.”
When the topic of children came up, Ki Taeyoung, filled with emotion, said, “Talking about this makes me want to have another child,” expressing his desire for a third child, saying, “I think I could do better.”
He added, “I love having kids,” and “Looking at baby photos makes me miss those memories so much.”
Yujin and Ki Taeyoung, who married in 2011, have two daughters. They gained much love by appearing on KBS2’s ‘The Return of Superman,’ showcasing their parenting life, and are currently communicating with the public through their YouTube channel ‘YujinVS Taeyoung.’
