‘I’m a born solo but I want to date’ Lee Seung-chan revealed his disappointment over the heavy editing.
On the 10th, Lee Seung-chan shared on his SNS, “I was excited and thrilled all day, and every moment was enjoyable and happy. I will cherish these precious memories beautifully. Thank you to Seo In-guk and the production team for the wonderful setup, to the cast friends with whom I shared emotions for a long time, and to the acquaintances and fans who gave me overwhelming support. I am truly grateful to everyone.”
Last month, the final episode of Netflix’s ‘I’m a born solo but I want to date’ was released, which is a makeover dating reality show that helps inexperienced born solos with their first love.
Lee Seung-chan participated in the program as a participant known as ‘the catfish’ who was introduced midway, but unfortunately, most of his footage was edited out.
Lee Seung-chan shared behind-the-scenes moments, saying, “I was closest to my roommate Hyun-kyu, who helped me style my dating outfits every morning,” while also expressing his disappointment over the heavy editing by stating, “It seems that the drinks and cookies I bought for my fellow cast members with my own money appeared more than what was shown on the broadcast.”
Meanwhile, ‘I’m a born solo but I want to date’ achieved success by ranking in the top 10 of Netflix's TV series (non-English) for two consecutive weeks.
