Broadcaster Seo Yu-ri addressed and refuted misunderstandings regarding her debts.

On the 13th, Seo Yu-ri stated on her SNS, “Phew, I guess strange stories are circulating again, please stop the questions!” and added, “I sold my house and other assets to repay about 1.1 billion won, and I paid off the remaining 200 million won by working hard in advertising and broadcasting.”

She continued, “Regarding the Excel broadcast that is rumored, I only appeared 4 times. I received exactly 5 million won for those 4 appearances. It’s not that much money. So let’s stop spreading false rumors.”

Seo Yu-ri, who usually asks not to turn her writings into articles, added, “This can be written as an article and shared freely, so please stop the questions.”

Previously, Seo Yu-ri revealed on a broadcast that the debt incurred during her divorce was about 2 billion won, and she has repaid 1.3 billion won so far. She explained, “I organized my assets to repay it. Although the debt was created by my ex-husband, I am repaying it as a responsibility for lending my name without going bankrupt.”

Seo Yu-ri married PD Choi Byung-gil in 2019, but they faced a breakup in March last year after 5 years. During the divorce process, Seo had conflicts with PD Choi regarding loans and revealed that she repaid over 1.14 billion won in loans last September. She also certified that she completed another repayment later, stating, “At least I won’t cause harm to others,” seemingly targeting her ex-husband.

Recently, Seo Yu-ri surprised many by revealing that she met a new connection through a ‘marriage information company’ after becoming single again. She mentioned that the person she is currently dating is a 1992-born individual in the legal field.
