Broadcaster Park Soo-hong's wife, Kim Da-ye, has announced that she has lost 30kg.
On the 11th, a video titled “Park Soo-hong's Wife Kim Da-ye Postpartum Diet” was uploaded to the YouTube channel ‘Park Soo-hong Happy Da-hong’.
In the video, Kim Da-ye stated, “What I felt while doing postpartum dieting is that it is five times harder than regular dieting.”
She continued, “When work is busy and I have to take care of the baby, there really isn’t any time,” adding, “I also breastfed for about six months, so it felt like an extension of my pregnancy.”
Kim Da-ye, who has received many advertising offers for diet products, mentioned, “There were no ingredients that fit my situation perfectly,” explaining, “I had to lower inflammation and I also had gestational diabetes.”
Although the ‘obesity treatment drug’ Wegovy is trending, Kim Da-ye revealed that she cannot use it because a friend developed pancreatitis. She said, “I am conducting a clinical trial for 48 days with a medication that I requested to be made with only the ingredients that suit me,” adding, “Once I reach my target, I will give it as a gift to my subscribers.”
Kim Da-ye, who gained a whopping 40kg during her pregnancy, gave birth at 90kg and has successfully lost a total of 30kg.
Kim Da-ye expressed her joy, saying, “Finally, the first digit of my weight is 5,” celebrating with her husband Park Soo-hong.
Additionally, she showcased a more definitive before-and-after by wearing the knit dress she wore during childbirth, which amazed viewers.
Meanwhile, Park Soo-hong registered his marriage with Kim Da-ye, who is 23 years younger, in 2021 and held their wedding the following year. Kim Da-ye successfully became pregnant through in vitro fertilization and welcomed their first daughter last year.
