Future bride Koyote's Shinji expressed, "I'm worried that the members might be hated because of me."
On the 13th, the production team of tvN's 'Yoo Quiz on the Block' announced, "When you think of summer, you think of Koyote! From honest talks that even the members who have been together for 27 years didn't know about, to exciting stages," and released a preview video.
Koyote, the longest-running mixed group with 27 years of history. Shinji is a founding member, while Kim Jong-min and Baekga joined as guest members, with Baekga joining the team in 2004, revealing that the existing members were quite territorial at that time.
Baekga said, "The territoriality was no joke. They told me not to speak informally," to which Kim Jong-min just laughed. He humorously shared that the other members often criticized him, saying, "They both said I was rude," showcasing their close friendship and eliciting laughter.
Kim Jong-min is a newlywed, having been married for three months. Shinji remarked, "It felt really strange writing a congratulatory speech. It felt like sending off my big brother to get married," and Kim Jong-min tilted his head, saying, "Baekga's congratulatory speech was a bit strange." Baekga then revealed, "I did it with ChatGPT," causing everyone to burst into laughter.
Having been together for 27 years, they referred to each other as 'family.' Shinji shared, "(Kim Jong-min) called me early in the morning asking me to make a reservation at a skincare shop. I laughed and he said, 'Aren't you going through a tough time? Can't you smile just because of your brother?'"
Kim Jong-min also expressed his affection, saying, "Every time I see their faces, it feels like I'm seeing family," while Shinji worried, "I'm concerned that the members might get swept up and hated because of me." Baekga also shed tears thinking about the members, saying, "I love our members."
Previously, after announcing her marriage to Moon Won, Shinji faced various allegations surrounding him, which caused her distress. Recently, she stated regarding this, "I have confirmed all the concerns and allegations you have with my agency, and I have verified that all the allegations are not true," adding, "I fully understand the concerns and worries you have expressed. I will think carefully and observe more. I sincerely thank you for your patience and support as we move forward."
