Comedian Kim Young-hee (41) confessed that she developed a 'loan and installment trauma' because of her 10-year-younger husband.

On the 9th, Kim Young-hee visited Choi Eun-kyung's house on Channel A's 'Close Friends Documentary - Four-Person Table'. Along with Kim Young-hee, acupuncturist Lee Kyung-je and broadcaster Kim Sae-ron were also present.

That day, Kim Young-hee talked about her meeting with her husband, saying, “It was like an accident,” and added, “Love found me after 11 years, but I had forgotten how to love. At that time, a younger man appeared, and since he was a former athlete, I didn’t believe it. We first met at a gathering with acquaintances.”

She recalled, “When my husband said, ‘Why are you so pretty?’ I thought, ‘Is he joking?’ because I had been emotionally dry for 11 years. Then, after the gathering, when I was about to leave with my luggage, he said, ‘Sister, let me carry that for you.’ So I replied, ‘It’s mine,’ and then he said as the elevator door was closing, ‘You don’t have to do that.’ Eventually, he confessed his feelings, and we quickly got married.”

After dating for a year, Kim Young-hee said, “My husband is really kind and cheerful. He doesn’t know anything about the world,” to which Choi Eun-kyung responded, “I heard that your husband took out a credit loan to treat you well,” surprising everyone.

Kim Young-hee sighed and said, “He takes out loans to buy me things or does 12-month installments, starting on my birthday and then again on my next birthday.”

In particular, she mentioned, “In 2022, after giving birth to my daughter, I was in the postpartum care center, and just a week after I was discharged, we had to move. At that time, we needed to take out a jeonse loan in my husband’s name, but I received a call from the real estate agency while I was still in the care center,” recalling a terrifying moment when they said, “Your husband’s credit score dropped because he took out a credit loan. We had already put down the deposit for the house, but there was a possibility that the loan might not go through.”

Kim Young-hee expressed her frustration, saying, “I was about to end up on the streets, so I called my husband and asked, ‘Why did you take out a loan with a credit card?’ He said, ‘I wanted to buy you a surprise gift to celebrate the birth.’ I was like, ‘What kind of surprise is this?’” She added, “I immediately put the money back in, and my credit score recovered. Since then, I have been terrified of loans and installments.”
