Singer Yoon Sang revealed that he has been abstaining from alcohol because of his son Anton.
On the 5th, Yoon Sang appeared on the YouTube channel ‘The Caring Brother Shin Dong-yeob’ along with Lee Hyun-woo and Kim Hyun-chul.
On that day, Shin Dong-yeob asked Yoon Sang, "Didn’t you used to drink half a bottle of whiskey every day?" Yoon Sang replied, "I started drinking whiskey due to insomnia even before I got married."
Yoon Sang said, "I kept drinking like that until my eldest child was in the upper grades of elementary school, and then my child secretly applied for counseling at school, saying, 'I’m worried about my dad drinking alcohol.'" Lee Hyun-woo was surprised and asked, "Did you drink that much?"
Yoon Sang shared, "Hearing that 'when I go to dad in the morning, he smells like alcohol' made me decide to completely abstain for three years. Then, before COVID-19, I developed tinnitus. It was quite severe and noisy, making it hard to sleep at night, so I had no choice but to drink a little. Now, I only drink until I can sleep well."
