Singer Jung Joong-sik reminisced about the difficult times before "I Am Firefly" gained popularity.

In the episode aired on the 5th, SBS's 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2 - You Are My Destiny' depicted Jung Joong-sik's daily life.

On that day, Jung Joong-sik caught attention by boiling silkworm soup from the morning. He recalled, "Four years ago, when I lived in my studio, the first thing I prepared was frozen silkworms. When I was hungry, I would boil a cup and add salt to drink."

He continued, "From 2010 to 2014, I did manual labor. I worked on installing antennas in subway tunnels early in the morning. I also served as an MC for first birthday parties and went to street stalls to give foot massages while wearing plastic gloves. I even got leftover food from convenience stores."

He expressed pride, saying, "I didn't just endure. I did what I could. I did what I had to do to do what I wanted to do."

Meanwhile, 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2 - You Are My Destiny' airs every Monday at 10:10 PM.
