EXO member and actor Doh Kyung-soo announced that he has completed the identification of malicious commenters and provided an update on the legal actions being taken.
On the 25th, his agency Company SsuSoo stated, “As announced on September 20, 2024, we have filed a lawsuit against the authors of malicious posts and comments.”
The agency added, “As a result of the investigation, the suspect who has continuously disseminated false information and defamation has been identified, and follow-up actions according to legal procedures will be taken,” and “We will continue to take strict legal action against other malicious posts as well.”
They also warned, “To protect our artists, we will continue regular monitoring across all online platforms and will take additional legal measures against any malicious posts discovered in the future.”
The agency emphasized, “We will respond strongly to the authors of malicious posts without any leniency or settlement,” and requested, “Fans who discover malicious posts and comments are encouraged to report them.”
Doh Kyung-soo debuted with EXO in 2012 and is currently active as an actor after transferring to the newly established agency Company SsuSoo, founded by a former SM manager in 2023. He is currently meeting audiences through the film 'A Secret That Cannot Be Told,' which was released in January.
