Announcer Park Cheol-kyu joins as the new MC of ‘Morning Yard’.
The representative morning show of South Korea, ‘Morning Yard’, will greet viewers with new energy starting from August 4. Announcer Eom Ji-in, who has firmly held the position as the existing MC, and the newly joined announcer Park Cheol-kyu are expected to take responsibility for every morning as a ‘trustworthy combination’.
Announcer Park has already captivated viewers with his stability shown in shows like ‘Who Does It Better’ and ‘100 People’s Emotion Show’, along with his cheerful charm proven in the recent Friday corner ‘Double Party’ of ‘Morning Yard’.
With a new beginning ahead, Park Cheol-kyu expressed, “It is a great honor to hold the microphone of a national program, and I feel a heavy sense of responsibility. Although I am lacking, I will show my growth little by little.”
He continued, “I will bring warmth and laughter to the mornings of Korea with the best chemistry with Senior Eom Ji-in,” expressing his strong aspirations. He also hinted, “I am preparing a small but special gift for the viewers for the first broadcast,” raising curiosity.
Announcer Eom Ji-in, who has received love from viewers through friendly communication, also stated, “I am confident that the fresh energy of announcer Park Cheol-kyu will add a spoonful more to the warmth and affection of the existing ‘Morning Yard’,” and added, “We will gift the viewers a pleasant and vibrant morning with our perfect chemistry,” heightening expectations.
The production team of ‘Morning Yard’ announced, “Starting in 1991, ‘Morning Yard’ will reach its 10,000th episode this year. We are preparing more new and substantial stories with the new MC system. We ask for your great interest.” The ‘Morning Yard’ created by MCs Eom Ji-in and Park Cheol-kyu will make its debut on the morning of Monday, August 4.
