SM Entertainment (hereafter SM) has successfully concluded its global performance brand 'SMTOWN LIVE' with concerts in Mexico City and LA.
‘SMTOWN LIVE 2025’ kicked off its global tour on the 9th (local time) at Estadio GNP Seguros in Mexico City, Mexico, and on the 11th at Dignity Health Sports Park in Los Angeles, USA, captivating global audiences with a dazzling stage featuring a variety of music and performances from SM artists.
In particular, this concert was the first SMTOWN LIVE held in Mexico to celebrate SM's 30th anniversary and the first concert in Los Angeles in about 15 years, drawing significant attention from local fans and filling the venue with a pink atmosphere.
Additionally, the concert featured trusted SM artists such as TVXQ, Super Junior, SHINee (Key, Minho), EXO (Suho, Chanyeol, Kai), Red Velvet (Irene, Seulgi, Joy), NCT 127, NCT DREAM, WayV, aespa, RISE, NCT WISH, Hearts to Hearts, Dear Alice, and SMTR25, delivering a fantastic four-hour performance that elicited enthusiastic cheers and responses from fans throughout the event.
The concert opened with TVXQ's 'Rising Sun', followed by Super Junior's 'Sorry Sorry', Red Velvet's 'Bad Boy', NCT 127's 'Kick It', NCT DREAM's 'Smoothie', WayV's 'Frequency', aespa's 'Weply', RISE's 'Boom Boom Base', as well as solo performances from Key's 'Pleasure Shop', Minho's 'Call Back', Suho's 'Dot Line Plane', and Chanyeol's 'Hasta La Vista', creating a vibrant atmosphere with a rich setlist that heated up the venue.
Moreover, Kai and Hearts to Hearts joined the concert, with Kai performing a solo stage of 'Wait on Me' and a stage of 'Toji' alongside Suho and Chanyeol, while Hearts to Hearts made a strong impression on global music fans with their debut song 'The Chase' and the track 'Butterflies'.
Finally, all performers gathered on stage to sing 'Light', the symbol of 'SM Town Live', expressing gratitude and connecting with the audience, adding a warm touch to the concert's finale.
Having successfully completed the concerts in Mexico City and LA, 'SM Town Live 2025' will continue its global tour in London, UK, on June 28.
