In the photo, Hong Yoon-hwa appeared in a casual outfit with a pink t-shirt, a black baseball cap, and sunglasses. However, what caught the most attention was her smaller jawline and bright expression.
Despite the hat and the angle of the selfie, her defined jawline and slimmer cheeks clearly show her 'real change.'

Previously, Hong Yoon-hwa revealed through broadcasts and SNS that "My goal is to lose 40kg, and I have currently lost 20kg." She emphasized a healthy dieting method, stating, "I lost 18kg in less than two months," and "I did it only through diet and exercise without any procedures."
