Actress Kim Ah-joong is leaving her agency Plum A&C.
Plum A&C officially announced on the morning of the 22nd, “After careful discussions, we have decided to terminate the management exclusive contract with Kim Ah-joong.” This comes about two years after the announcement of the exclusive contract in June 2023.
They continued, “We sincerely thank Kim Ah-joong, who has walked with us based on mutual trust. It has been a great honor to work together,” and added, “We ask for your continued interest and warm support for Kim Ah-joong’s new journey ahead. We will also sincerely support her future endeavors.”
Kim Ah-joong debuted in 2004 through a CF advertisement and rose to stardom with the movie 'My Sassy Girl.' She has continued her acting career by appearing in works such as 'My PS Partner,' 'The King,' 'Bad Guys: The Movie,' and dramas like 'Sign,' 'Punch,' 'Live Up to Your Name,' and 'Grid.'
However, she has not participated in any projects for three years since her appearance in the Disney+ original series 'Grid' in 2022.
