Comedian Park Na-rae revealed the reason for cleaning her deceased grandparents' house.

In the episode of MBC’s ‘I Live Alone’ aired on the 26th, Park Na-rae was seen organizing her grandparents' house.

On that day, Park Na-rae silently headed somewhere. After a while, she arrived in front of a house, sat down heavily, and cried.

Park Na-rae said, “Grandma, Grandpa, Na-rae is here,” and struggled to open the front door. It was her first visit to her grandparents' house in two years.

After her grandparents passed away, the yard, which had not been maintained, was overgrown with weeds. While looking around the yard, Park Na-rae sat on a bench and lowered her head.

Park Na-rae shared, “After my grandparents passed away, I couldn’t have a healthy mourning period. I dream about them every day, and in my dreams, my grandma is very healthy, but when I wake up, I think it’s real, and then 10 minutes later, I suddenly cry, remembering ‘Grandma has passed away.’”

She continued, “In fact, my grandparents went to a nursing hospital together six months before my grandfather passed away. Since family members took turns caring for them, we didn’t think about renovating the house. Later, my uncle came and did some organizing, but it was overwhelming for him to do it alone, so I said I would do it,” explaining her reason for visiting her grandparents' house.

Park Na-rae shed tears as she looked at the photos on the wall and the massage chair she had gifted her grandparents, which remained untouched. While sitting on the sofa and looking around the house, she suddenly jumped up and went out to the yard, starting to pull out weeds with her bare hands.

At that moment, Jeon Hyun-moo and Kian84 visited her grandparents' house. Park Na-rae said, “I consulted with Jeon Hyun-moo and Kian84. I said, ‘I hope this house is always clean and warm, just like when Grandma and Grandpa were alive.’ They readily said they wanted to help,” expressing her gratitude.

As the serious cleaning began, Park Na-rae and Jeon Hyun-moo focused on removing weeds, while Kian84 concentrated on disposing of waste. In particular, Kian84 quickly filled a 4-ton waste collection truck, earning praise from Park Na-rae.

Park Na-rae, Jeon Hyun-moo, and Kian84 finished cleaning while battling rain and weeds. The three enjoyed mixed coffee and shared a refreshing bath together.
