In the episode of KBS2's entertainment program 'Salim Nam Season 2' aired on the 16th, Lee Min-woo appeared with his fiancée, who is raising a 6-year-old daughter, as they prepare for their wedding.
Lee Min-woo recently announced his marriage to the beautiful third-generation Korean-Japanese, Lee Ah-mi, drawing attention. He traveled to Japan to meet his fiancée and her daughter after three months, explaining, "I wanted to go often, but it was difficult due to the long distance and the cost, so I couldn't go frequently."
Upon arriving in Japan, he showed a more frugal side as he traveled by monorail and subway ahead of the wedding. He shared, "I used to take taxis often, but now a taxi ride to the city center costs about 100,000 won. I can't take taxis," expressing his realistic economic concerns. Nevertheless, he prepared a bouquet for their long-awaited reunion but was momentarily taken aback by the unexpectedly high price, which brought laughter.
Watching this, Eun Ji-won asked, "Is the bouquet expensive?" and Baek Ji-young followed up with, "Have you ever bought flowers for your girlfriend?" Eun Ji-won replied, "I bought flowers when I went to visit my parents' graves," and "I bought carnations for my mother."
In response, Baek Ji-young asked, "What gifts have you given to your girlfriend?" to which Eun Ji-won proudly stated, "Gifts are what she wants."
Then, the fiancée, who is 11 years younger and a third-generation Korean-Japanese, made her first appearance on the show after only being seen through video calls. Lee Min-woo was surprised to see her growing belly, as she is currently 21 weeks pregnant and due in December, but he also expressed concern and regret over her haggard appearance.
The fiancée, who is currently working as a Pilates instructor, revealed that she wants to avoid putting financial pressure on Lee Min-woo during her pregnancy, so she continues to work. However, she shared a crisis situation where she ended up bleeding due to overexertion, shocking everyone.
Additionally, the fiancée's 6-year-old daughter was revealed for the first time. Lee Min-woo reminisced about the first time he met her daughter last December, saying, "It felt comfortable. It felt like family, and I imagined, 'What if this is a real family, and this child is really my daughter?'" The fiancée also shared, "I think it was good that we met together. I felt that my daughter liked him, and I thought I could live happily with this person," explaining the reason they decided to get married, drawing attention.
The 6-year-old daughter, who resembles her mother with her lovely looks and cute behavior, greeted Lee Min-woo warmly after a long time, adding to the anticipation of the three becoming a family. While Lee Min-woo was out shopping, the fiancée and her daughter prepared a surprise gender reveal party to announce the baby's gender before birth.
