
SBS announcer Lee Hye-seung has stepped down from ‘Morning Wide’, where she served as MC for 10 years.
On the morning of the 27th, the last greeting from the announcer was broadcast on the SBS news program ‘Morning Wide’.
At the end of the broadcast, announcer Kim Joo-woo said, “Today, I have some sad news to share. Announcer Lee Hye-seung, who has brightened our mornings, will be saying goodbye after today’s broadcast.”
The announcer expressed, “It has been 10 years since I started with ‘Morning Wide’. I was truly happy to start each day with you every morning. I will return through another program. Thank you to the viewers for all this time.”
Lee Hye-seung has been the MC of ‘Morning Wide’ for 1 year and 3 months starting in 2002, and has been hosting for 8 years and 6 months since December 2016.
Her successor will be announcer Choi Hye-rim, who will take over from the 30th.
