DJ Soda opened up about her feelings after the bleaching incident.
On the 26th, hair designer Giwoo Teacher posted a video on his YouTube channel showing DJ Soda visiting the salon after the bleaching accident.
In the video, Giwoo Teacher said, "Actually, this was content filmed with a light heart, but it became an issue when it was posted on social media, so I was cautious," and added, "Currently, DJ Soda's hair is in a worse state than during the (YouTube) shoot, and I'm considering making a wig."
DJ Soda, who appeared at Giwoo Teacher's salon, forced a smile and said, "I've bleached my hair several times, but I've never had it break off like this," and added, "I originally had healthy, thick hair. But now it keeps breaking off."
Giwoo Teacher mentioned that DJ Soda's natural black hair is growing in, making the damage more noticeable, and said, "Actually, it's in a state where recovery is impossible right now." DJ Soda confessed, "It's been two weeks since this happened. I've cried almost every day. Even when I'm out, I'm worried that people will see the back of my head," as she teared up.

In reality, the back of DJ Soda's hair was so damaged that it looked like a forced buzz cut, with hair broken off in a palm-sized area.
DJ Soda mentioned that people around her suggested she go for a full buzz cut since it had come to this, but she replied, "I think I would look too ugly with a buzz cut." She humorously added, "My friends said, 'A guy would run away if he touched the back of your head.'"
DJ Soda previously revealed that during the bleaching procedure, the hair designer left the bleach on for too long, causing her hair to melt, which drew attention. She also exposed that after seeing her SNS post, they offered her 5 million won to delete the post.
DJ Soda, who is active not only in South Korea but throughout Asia, has received much love, including being the first Korean headliner at the large EDM festival during Thailand's Songkran, one of the 'Top 3 Festivals in the World.'
