Chef Lim Hyun-min placed 3rd.

On the afternoon of the 22nd, the KBS2 entertainment program 'The Boss's Ears are Donkey Ears' (hereinafter 'Sadangui') featured Lim Hyun-min, a disciple of Chef Ahn Yoo-sung, who participated in the 'National Sushi King Competition'.

During the broadcast, Lim Hyun-min, who aimed for 1st place after being a perennial 2nd, focused intensely on his cooking. After the competition ended, Ahn Yoo-sung encouraged him, saying, "What percentage do you think you utilized? 98%? The remaining 2% will be filled by the red socks and underwear."

As the judging began, the masters praised and criticized last year's 1st place winner, saying, "The garnish is too much," and "You show professional tenacity."

Next was Chef Lim Hyun-min's turn. Kouji remarked, "Sushi is a one-bite art, but we cut it to eat. Sushi requires attention to detail," expressing his disappointment. Other masters also agreed, saying, "It's a bit lower than last year."

The award ceremony approached. Chef Lim Hyun-min appeared nervous, but the 1st place went to another participant. 2nd place was taken by last year's winner, Chef Han Dae-won, and Lim Hyun-min received 3rd place.

'Sadangui' can be seen every Sunday at 4:45 PM on KBS2.
