Actor Kwon Sang-woo (48) has revealed his newly constructed building, which is currently undergoing transformation, for the first time.
On the 14th, a video titled "Seoul Man Kwon Sang-woo, New Jersey Woman Son Tae-young" was posted on the YouTube channel 'Mrs. New Jersey Son Tae-young'.
In the released video, after showing Son Tae-young spending her daily life in New Jersey, Kwon Sang-woo introduces his newly constructed building located in Seongsu-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul.
Kwon Sang-woo stated, "The construction is not yet finished," as he revealed the interior of the building. He explained that the space was originally used as a car wash but is now being remodeled for various pop-up events.
Kwon Sang-woo mentioned, "Since Seongsu-dong has that kind of atmosphere, I thought it would be better. I also put a lot of effort into the restroom," he said.
He then requested many inquiries about the pop-up rental. In fact, a banner with contact information for rental and event inquiries is hanging on the building's exterior.

"There is still a lot of construction to be done," Kwon Sang-woo said, "This is a process of creating something, so it's fun and a challenge. If this goes well, I will have more time to spend with my family," he shared his thoughts.
He continued, "I can't do three projects a year like when I was young. I want to focus on one project. To do that, I need economic freedom as an actor. I thought it would be good to have this kind of business to fully immerse myself in my work."
Kwon Sang-woo reportedly purchased a factory site of about 286 pyeong for 8 billion won in April 2015. The site is located in Seongsu-dong 1-ga, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, near Ttukseom Station (Line 2) and Seoul Forest Station (Suwon-Bundang Line), making it a prime location. Last October, he demolished the car wash and the building of his agency 'Soo Company' and constructed a new one.
According to the real estate industry, the current value of the building is estimated to be around 43 billion won, and it is expected to see a capital gain of about 35 billion won in 10 years.
