'Imokase' Kim Mi-ryeong was asked about asset division after her divorce from her husband.
On the broadcast of SBS 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2 - You Are My Destiny' on the 2nd, the couple Kim Mi-ryeong and Lee Tae-ho were shown on their first overseas trip to Taiwan.
On this day, the couple constantly bickered even on their first overseas trip. In particular, Kim Mi-ryeong caught attention by incessantly nagging Lee Tae-ho.
Seeing this, lawyer Park Min-cheol said, "The divorce probability of Kim Mi-ryeong and her husband is 0%. Couples who fight often tend to stay together. They maintain their marriage while bickering." He continued, "Divorces usually happen when couples have similar personalities. They explode all at once when they clash."
However, Kim Gu-ra predicted that Lee Tae-ho, who is always scolded by Kim Mi-ryeong, would eventually explode. In response, lawyer Park Min-cheol explained, "People who usually get angry and speak up have little fault. This is because the person who listens and endures eventually explodes. Then, the judgment will state, 'Due to stress or lack of communication, they endured and couldn't communicate, leading to an explosive divorce situation.' The fault will be attributed to the other party."
When Kim Sook asked, "Does scolding frequently not count as fault?", lawyer Park Min-cheol replied, "In law, not making an effort is what counts. Scolding frequently is a form of effort." Kim Mi-ryeong affirmed, "That's right. I am trying to live well."
On the other hand, Kim Mi-ryeong said, "Honestly, I don't want to get divorced. I don't think there will be anyone who can make me as comfortable as my husband." However, she humorously inquired about asset division in the event of a divorce.
Lawyer Park Min-cheol stated, "Haven't the two of you built a business together for 21 years after marriage? In my view, the possibility of a 50/50 split is very high." To this, Kim Mi-ryeong responded, "Then I guess I'll just have to live." Lawyer Park Min-cheol then joked, "Are you feeling unfair? If you come to me later, I will even accept a 60/40 split," which elicited laughter.
