A list of authentic restaurants in Tokyo guaranteed by Chef Jung Ho-young will be revealed.

On the 21st at 8:50 PM, the JTBC entertainment program ‘Talk Partner 25’ (directed by Hong Sang-hoon and Kim Seon-jun) will take viewers on a virtual trip to the gourmet country of Japan, Tokyo, and the resort city of San Diego, USA, with star chef Jung Ho-young and historical storyteller Sun Kim.

First, in the studio, the Japanese talk partner will taste hot foods purchased from a popular grocery shopping destination for the MZ generation. Unique desserts and convenience foods, such as chicken frying powder that can make chicken in just 5 minutes in the microwave and pudding with a distinctive visual, will appear one after another, stimulating interest. In particular, after tasting the chicken prepared by Chef Jung Ho-young, Lee Chan-won exclaims, “What is this? It's so delicious!” and entertains with an ecstatic eating show.

Meanwhile, the Japanese talk partner will reveal a list of authentic restaurants in Tokyo through the virtual trip. From a sandwich shop that has a continuous opening run from early morning to one of Japan's top three udon specialty shops, Inaniwa Udon, and a high-end kaiseki restaurant that Chef Jung Ho-young personally reserves, they will be on the move. Among them, the kaiseki restaurant will introduce seafood dishes such as goma saba made from mackerel from Fukuoka and Kinki, attracting attention.

In the virtual trip to San Diego, USA, they will head to Old Town, the center of California's history. Old Town is a place where various cultures coexist, earning the nickname California's folk village. The American talk partner will visit a Mexican restaurant that sells various traditional Mexican foods, tasting dishes like beef fajitas, tamales, and enchiladas, which are well-suited to Korean tastes, evoking envy among the cast.

Additionally, in the border city of San Ysidro, the American talk partner will cross the border to capture local scenery, including the Trump wall and the commemorative clock tower in Tijuana, Mexico. Here, traces of South Korean companies will be discovered, adding an unexpected element of fun.

JTBC’s ‘Talk Partner 25’ will air on the 21st at 8:50 PM.
