Actress Go Ah-sung will make her debut as a radio DJ through MBC Standard FM's 'Radio Book Club Go Ah-sung'. The first broadcast is on the 23rd.
Since its launch in 2008, 'Radio Book Club' has been MBC Radio's representative program focused on books, with cultural and artistic figures such as film director Jang Jin, novelist Baek Young-ok, and YouTuber Kim Gyeo-ul having hosted it in the past. Go Ah-sung, who has been selected as the new host of 'Radio Book Club', is an actress known for her roles in 'The Host', 'Snowpiercer', and 'Samjin Company English Class', and is also famous for her deep love for books.
MBC Radio stated, "Go Ah-sung is recognized as a literary enthusiast, expressing that books are 'the biggest thing in life'. We expect that through 'Radio Book Club', she will create a loose yet solid community with people who love books."
'Radio Book Club Go Ah-sung' can be listened to every Sunday from 6:05 AM to 7:00 AM on Standard FM 95.9 MHz in the metropolitan area and on the smart radio 'Mini'.
