'When the Silver Bell Rings' is a twilight romance drama about two sisters: Geum-yeon, who finds new love through a dating app, and Soo-hyang, who rekindles an old love with her husband suffering from dementia. It explores the intertwining of desire and reality, leading to the discovery of new love.
In the drama, Oh Yoo-jin plays the role of Oh Yoo-rim, the youngest daughter of Seok-jo (played by Ahn Seok-hwan) and Soo-hyang (played by Yeo Soo-jung). Although she wants to live independently and not like her mother, she struggles with the thought of returning home to help her mother, who is suffering due to her father's dementia. Oh Yoo-jin began to gain recognition through short films such as 'The Wind Becomes the Wind,' 'Hello, My Spring Day,' 'Your Only One in This World,' and 'Gift.' Her starring role in the film 'My Girlfriend' garnered attention in the film industry as it was selected as a domestic competition candidate.
Having perfectly embodied various characters in works such as tvN's 'True Beauty,' OCN's 'Dark Hole,' and the Wavve original 'Youth Blossom,' Oh Yoo-jin earned the title of 'Monster Rookie.' Since then, she has demonstrated her solid acting skills by proving her ability to portray characters across various genres in many works, including SBS's 'Trolley' and MBC's 'The Contract Marriage of Yeolnyeo Park.'
