Osaka Ojo Gang has won the final championship of Mnet’s ‘World of Street Woman Fighter’.
In the episode aired on the 22nd, the Mnet dancer survival program ‘World of Street Woman Fighter’ (hereafter ‘SWUFA3’) featured the final dance battle among three crews: AG Squad, MOTIV, and Osaka Ojo Gang for the ultimate victory.
The broadcast depicted the three crews that advanced to the finals performing their final missions. The crews determined the ultimate winner through the first ‘OST Mission’ and the second ‘Crew Identity Mission’.
In the preliminary voting held before the main competition, Osaka Ojo Gang ranked first with 1,439,476 views and 234,347 likes.
Upon confirming this, the members of Osaka Ojo Gang embraced each other in joy, and crew member Kyoka expressed, “Finally, the time has come for a true street dancer to take the top in the entertainment world. We will definitely win,” revealing their desire for victory.
After the high-quality battles of each crew, the final rankings were also determined. The crew that placed third was MOTIV. MOTIV leader Marlie stated, “I feel really good. We showed that we can compete while having fun,” sharing her thoughts.
Kaea, the leader of AG Squad, who placed second, said, “We didn’t win, but we were able to come together through this show. We gained friendships that will last a lifetime.”
Meanwhile, Ibuki, the leader of Osaka Ojo Gang, who embraced the championship trophy, expressed, “I am really grateful. This was our youth. I would be happy if everyone enjoyed it together,” revealing her overwhelming emotions, while Kyoka was seen shedding tears.
On the other hand, ‘World of Street Woman Fighter’ is a survival program for female dance crews to determine the global dance hierarchy. The first season aired in 2021, bringing a K-dance syndrome to South Korea, and it has received intense interest following the second season and into the third.
