Daniel, a member of the group NewJeans, shared a recent update with singer Sean and actor Park Bo-gum.
On the 1st, Sean posted on his SNS, “Early morning running. Unknown Crew unit BODASH (Bo-gum, Daniel, Sean) lightly jogging 8.15 km,” along with a photo.
In the released photo, Daniel is seen in workout clothes alongside Sean and Park Bo-gum after their run.
Sean commented, “Bo-gum, at this rate, you might really run a full marathon this year. Daniel, why are you running so well? If you prepare a little, you could participate in a 10 km race,” adding, “We run with a good heart for a healthy life.”
Daniel's group NewJeans is currently experiencing a legal dispute with their agency, Ador, regarding their exclusive contract. According to the court's ruling, the members have suspended their activities and have not provided any updates. Daniel's appearance after a long time has drawn attention.
The court ruled in favor of Ador regarding the agency's request for a provisional injunction to ‘preserve the status of the agency and prohibit the signing of advertising contracts’.
As a result, the members are restricted from all commercial activities, including singing, broadcasting appearances, events, and advertisements, without Ador's approval.
The court also accepted Ador's request for indirect enforcement against NewJeans. The indirect enforcement fee is a penalty imposed for failing to comply with the court's decision, and the court stated that if NewJeans engages in independent activities without Ador, they must compensate 1 billion won per person.
