As YG's four-member new girl group project 'YG NEXT MONSTER' receives enthusiastic responses from global music fans, the second trainee 'Chanya' from Thailand has revealed herself.

On the 16th, YG Entertainment posted 'YG NEXT MONSTER | CHANYA - 'the grudge'' on their official blog. Similar to the first member Ively, the video was filmed during the monthly evaluation held at the end of the month, focusing solely on live performance without any special stage setups or effects, which was impressive.

Her incredible vocal ability and mature emotional expression at just 14 years old were enough to evoke admiration. Her soulful tone, which gently adorned the calm melody, immediately penetrated deep into the heart, and her eyes and expressions, which seemed to be immersed in the music, intensified the pathos, making it impossible to look away.

The highlight section, where high notes are continuously delivered, showcased an explosion of energy that had been restrained, providing a thrilling sensation to the viewers. In particular, after Chanya finished singing, the heartfelt comment from chief producer Yang Hyun-suk, who said, "I almost cried," vividly captured the emotional response of the audience, leaving a deep resonance and aftertaste.

YG is currently conducting the 'YG NEXT MONSTER' project, which has confirmed the next girl group as a four-member group and is sequentially introducing the members' information. Following the announcement of Ively, Chanya has made a strong impression with her overwhelming capabilities, hinting at the birth of an unprecedented rookie group.

In fact, Ively's rap video has surpassed 19 million views on YouTube, and the subsequently released dance performance has exceeded 7 million views. Despite being a monthly evaluation video of a trainee before debut, it has attracted explosive interest with a total of 26 million views, and with the positive reviews for the second member Chanya, expectations for YG's next four-member girl group are expected to grow even more.

Meanwhile, at the end of the video, there was a message that the remaining two members of the four-member girl group will be revealed around the end of this year. This is part of Yang Hyun-suk's plan to focus on the upcoming promotions for Baby Monster's new songs, which will be tightly scheduled from the pre-release single 'HOT SAUCE' on July 1, along with the imminent comeback of BLACKPINK, according to YG.
