Broadcaster Jang Young-ran has recently been reported to have purchased a high-priced residential-commercial apartment.
According to the real estate industry on the 16th, Jang Young-ran co-purchased a unit in Galleria Foret located in Seongsu-dong 1-ga, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, with her husband for 9.45 billion won in February.
The Galleria Foret that Jang Young-ran purchased is located right in front of Seoul Forest, boasting high preference in terms of view and living environment.
The property deed shows that there is a mortgage of about 5.7 billion won, and considering that the maximum amount of the loan is generally about 120% of the loan amount, the actual loan amount is estimated to be around 4.8 billion won.
Galleria Foret is considered one of the top three apartments in Seongsu along with Acro Seoul Forest and Trimaje. It is a luxury apartment complex where famous celebrities such as actress Han Ye-seul and singer G-Dragon reside.
Jang Young-ran began her broadcasting career in 2001 and married Han Chang, a traditional Korean medicine doctor three years her junior, in 2009. They have one son and one daughter. She is currently appearing on Channel A's 'Please Take Care of My Grades: Teachers 2.'
