Baekhyun, a member of the group EXO and a solo artist, has set a remarkable record of achieving 4 consecutive million sellers, once again breaking his 'career high'.
His agency INB100 announced that Baekhyun's mini album 'Essence of Reverie', released on the 19th, surpassed 1 million copies sold just 3 days after its release (as of the 21st according to the Hanteo chart).
This figure is two days faster than the sales trend of his previous mini album 'Hello, World', marking another 'career high' for Baekhyun.
Additionally, Baekhyun has proven his consistent strength as a solo artist by recording another million seller with this new album, released approximately 8 months after his last. Out of the five albums he has released as a solo artist, four have sold over 1 million copies, achieving significant results with each release.
The new album 'Essence of Reverie' discusses Baekhyun standing at the boundary between reality and ideals. It impressively symbolizes his reflections on the past he has built up as the artist Baekhyun and the future he wishes to pursue.
Meanwhile, Baekhyun will continue his promotional activities for the mini album with a performance of the title track 'Elevator' on KBS 2TV's 'Music Bank' airing on the 23rd.
