Singer Soyou is making a new start at Magic Strawberry Sound.
On the 25th, Magic Strawberry Sound announced, "We have recently signed an exclusive contract with Soyou," adding, "We will provide full support so that Soyou can fully showcase her musical abilities as a vocalist and producer and continue to thrive in various fields."
Since debuting in 2010 as a member of the group Sistar, Soyou has received much love both as a group member and as a solo vocalist. She has successfully released numerous drama OSTs such as 'Moonlight Drawn by Clouds', 'Goblin', and 'When the Camellia Blooms', and her collaboration tracks with various musicians have also ranked high on major domestic music charts.
Soyou has also showcased her producing skills, starting with her participation in writing the lyrics for the track 'For You' from Sistar's goodbye single in 2017, and later including her self-composed song 'Tree' in her first solo mini album in 2022, expanding her activities into the production realm.
After that, Soyou participated in the production of songs such as 'We Walk Towards Goodbye Every Day', 'I Will Be Your Mom's Mom' revealed through Mnet's music variety show 'Karaoke VS', and 'Hello, My Star'.
Meanwhile, Magic Strawberry Sound is home to artists such as Song So-hee, Marrakech, Ahn Da-young, Yebit, KONA, and Samyu.
