Singer Kim Tae-yeon has included a tribute song for her late master, Park Jeong-ah, in her new album.

On the afternoon of the 9th, a showcase was held to celebrate the release of Kim Tae-yeon's first full-length album 'Excitement' at Ilji Art Hall located in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam, Seoul. The venue was filled with reporters eager to see Kim Tae-yeon. She announced her new album at noon that day. The event was hosted by broadcaster Kim Seong-joo, drawing attention.

Regarding the 7th track 'Gashibyeol' in her new album, Kim Tae-yeon said, "This song was sung while thinking of my master Park Jeong-ah. 'Gashiryeobnikka' and 'Byeol' are combined to make 'Gashibyeol'," conveying her affectionate feelings for her master.

Previously, Kim Tae-yeon has been introduced as a prodigy in traditional Korean music, pansori. Her master, Park Jeong-ah, known for her singing, passed away last February after battling breast cancer.

Kim Tae-yeon's first full-length album 'Excitement' contains a total of 11 tracks, including the double title songs 'Encore' and 'The River of Time'. It is expected to showcase her strengthened vocals and rich musical colors. The album was released at noon that day.

Kim Tae-yeon made a strong impression through TV Chosun's 'Miss Trot 2' in 2021. She showcased her commanding stage presence with a voice that belied her age. Despite her cute appearance, she delivered sharp and immersive performances on stage, earning her the nickname 'Baby Tiger' for her impressive activities at the time.
