Yoo Hee-yeol will make his comeback to broadcasting through MBC FM4U's 'Baek Cheol-soo's Music Camp'. During the press conference held on the 25th to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the show, PD Nam Tae-jung announced, "DJ Baek Cheol-soo is going on vacation to mark the 35th anniversary. We have some special guests to fill in, and Yoo Hee-yeol's appearance is one of them," indicating his return to broadcasting.
Yoo Hee-yeol stepped away from public life in 2022 due to a plagiarism controversy, halting not only his singing activities (as Toy) but all broadcasting activities. At that time, despite receiving a statement from renowned Japanese film composer Ryuichi Sakamoto, who was the subject of the plagiarism allegations, stating that it was not plagiarism, he ultimately ceased his activities due to the cold public response.
